If I tell you that these muffins are the one thing that is Neal’s favorite, I might not be wrong. I was looking at a few different healthy snackable options for Neal since coming up with snacks every day is honestly a chore. And I came across this one recipe that was just so easy. I made a few slight adjustments and additions to the recipe and it gets ready in literally 25 mins. I always keep them handy, take them on car rides and give it to Neal if he hasn’t eaten properly at any meal.
I actually really like hosting our friends and it has now been s much fun to be able to do that in our new house, which gives us a lot of space. And with social distancing now starting to relax a little, we have been able to have some our “inner circle” firnd over. Whenever I am hosting, I always have this one recipe which is the staple for me and I love making it and everyone who has tried it has loved it.
