We’re having a baby BOY! Oh my god, I am so excited to finally share this with you guys! We actually found out pretty early in the pregnancy, at around 12 weeks with the blood test, but we wanted to keep it to ourselves for some time and just enjoy the moment. Even though we already knew what we are having, I wanted to get a cute picture for Instagram and also keep it as a memory for us. I knew I didn’t want to do anything overboard and just get a cute picture of us. 🙂
I thought using a smoke bomb might work best and will look good in the pictures too, but I didn’t read the instructions carefully and popped the first one ON ME! As you can see, my shirt went blue with the color 😀 But we did manage to get a cute picture of us with the smoke bomb popping at the same time.
I kind of knew it was a boy even before we got the blood test results, call it intuition! My husband wanted a girl initially but once he saw the ultrasound and the baby moving SO MUCH, he went, “there’s no way that’s a girl”! We are starting to think about names and oh my god no task has ever bene the hardest! You are literally naming a human being that they are going to live with for the rest of their lives- NOT EASY! We also want a name that represents our culture but cannot be butchered as it happens with our names 😀
