My Summer Wardrobe Staple: Topshop Mom Shorts

Isn’t it weird that even though it is almost June, Philadelphia is still a little cold and it is raining every other day. Trust me, being from India, I haven’t been a fan of summers, but now even I am waiting for when I would be able to go to the beach. 🙁

In another happy news, my mom is visiting us and would be attending my graduation which is in less than 2 weeks!! CANNOT BELIEVE that this day is almost here. It has been a long and tiring road but I am so happy to be done and done! 🙂

Ok, on to these adorable and comfy Topshop mom shorts. As you all might know that Nordstrom has their half-yearly sale going these days (26^th May- 04^th June). I also posted about my wish list and things that I would love to buy. I got these mom shorts in mail on Friday and have been wearing these every day since then. Absolutely love the length and how they are so comfortable. I have another pair of blue jean shorts that I usually wear, but they are not so comfortable once you’re sitting in them, if you know what I mean, :D!

These shorts have the perfect length and cut. And the 2 color washes make it a little different from the others as well as the frayed hem.

I love white and blue combination, so I wore these shorts with my white top that I got from loft a few months back. You can find similar style here, here and this striped one here that I really want to get! And paired that with my blue sneakers (similar here and here or these converse ones here) that are a few years old. Absolutely loved this look and I am VERY SURE that these are going be my summer wardrobe staple from now on! 🙂
