Philly Winter Outfit

Happy Saturday you guys!! So excited for the playoffs tomorrow 😀

2019 is off to an okay start for me. I started going back to the gym after a few months of hiatus (lol) and it was not cute! I am sore all over and can barely even walk! Although, first day was pretty great, I did some squats and lunges and I really liked how far I could dip, but I couldn’t even bend on the 2^ndday 😀

But getting into a workout routine is one of my 2019 goals and I am determined to do it. Now, let’s see how long I can actually keep it up though, HAHA! Have you guys set down goals for this year? Anyway, Philly has been pretty good in terms of cold this winter and it is actually not that hard for me to go out, which is saying a lot since I am almost always cold! So, I wanted to share one of my favorite winter outfits this season- roll neck sweater with denim- I know, so innovative 😀

But honestly, this kind of outfits are my go-to’s in winters, so trust me, I’m not just saying it, but it actually is one of my favorite outfits.

Also, who doesn’t love roll neck sweaters? Like, it’s a sweater AND a scarf- rolled into one! BONUS: you can put your hair inside the sweater and pretend you cut your hair. Voila, new hair, who dis! 😀 You see below!

Jokes aside, this is a very warm and cute sweater and that is what I am going for- cute. Okay, let’s move on. These denims are a little different from what I usually go for. I tend to lean towards skinny or straight fir, but is kind of flared at the bottom and at first, I thought, there is no way I am going to wear this. But, then I figured, why not try it on and see how I looks. You can guess how it did, since I am now styling this on the blog 🙂

I opted for heels because I have probably said before, I am in the midget height section and wearing flats like shoes or flat boots were just not going to look flattering. Instead, heels make it more interesting and elongate the whole appearance.
