Happy October you guys! Hope y’all had a nice weekend and are enjoying the fall weather. Fall is officially here Philly and I am both sad and happy about it. Sad, because summer is over, so off the shoulders, camis, sleeveless tops need to go back into the closet. But happy, because ‘tis the season of Pumpkin Spice Lattes (although I am a fan of caramel macchiato 🙂 ), cozy jumpers and over the knee boots.
This past weekend we decided to make a final trip before fall made its mark and we decided to go to Boston, since none of us have ever been there and I have heard so much about it from a few my friends. Turns out, it was already cold and windy in Boston- mostly because of the rains. But it was a fun trip and we had a blast exploring the city. I will be doing a blog post on all we did and the places we visited.
But the day we got there, it was really cold and windy, so I decided to pull out my roll neck sweater top that I got from Asos last week and guys, it is SO SOFT!!! It feels like a cushion on your skin and is warm enough for those mildly cold fall evenings. I loved it so much that I got it in burgundy color as well!
This skirt is from Topshop that I bought last month just because I LOVED the frill detailing at the waist. I mean, isn’t that the prettiest?! 😀 And, it has pockets. POCKETS! Y’all know I love my pockets, HAHA! The boots that I am wearing are from boohoo that I got from Asos earlier this year and these are a godsend for walking in fall. AND looks cute with everything. WIN-WIN, right 🙂
I will be posting a few more of my Boston looks over the next few weeks. And I am very excited for October, because November is next, which is my birthday month, YAYY!!
Are you guys planning for any trips soon? Which are the places that you think I can visit next in winters? Let me know in the comments!
