Favorite Fives- March

Happy Monday! First I want to start by saying that I hope you guys are staying safe, inside and taking all the precautions and measures with the current COVID-19 situation. It seems a bit wrong to go on as usual with “normal programming” with so much going on in the world, but I think a bit of normalcy is what we need right now. So, here I am, with another blog post on 5 of my favorite items for the month of March. Now, I plan on doing this every month, but with my track record, we’ll see. 😀

Caudalie Beauty Elixir

There are a lot of face mists in the market and I have used some of those but one that I loved since I first used and always go back to is this one. Also, with being pregnant, I have been craving things that smell woody or earthy and it definitely does smell like that, at least to me! Apart from it helping with my smell cravings (LOL), it works so great in refreshing you or your makeup. I always spritz some on after I do my skincare to just feel more fresh.

Marc Jacobs Accomplice Concealer

I think I have already talked about this concealer in a few of my videos and posts, but that just means I love it so much!! It has got good coverage, good staying power and so easy to apply even if you’re on-the-go. Also, it does not need to be set with a powder, which is great for someone with oily skin like me!

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter

I didn’t know why everyone loved this until I actually used it. My favorite way to use it is to mix it in with my foundation, which gives me a nice glow and that is nice as I get oily and so I like using powder to set my makeup. It is very subtle but gives a very fresh glow to the skin. Definitely been loving it since I bought it!

Embryolisse moisturizer

This French cult beauty favorite is THE BOMB! I was using some really great moisturizers with 1000s of positive reviews, but was still not getting that hydration my skin needs. So, I did some research and landed on this one. It is everything I needed and moisturizes my skin like no other! I actually use it in both my AM and PM skincare routines!

Kiehl’s Hand Salve

Don’t you love it when your hands are moisturized and not dry and peeling at the nails? I used the L’Occitane hand creams and was happy with them but I felt like the effect didn’t last much longer. So, I bought this one day on a whim at Sephora. And since then I have bought a few more tubes just to have it in every bag. I really want them to make a smaller size of this since it is so big but a big tube honestly lasts for SO LONG and keeps the hands moisturized for hours. So, if you’re looking for a hand cream that actually does work, I would highly recommend this one!
