Happy Sunday!! How was your weekend?! I can tell you I was so excited for this weekend! I mean, I am always excited for the weekend, but lately I have been so busy with work, that I have started enjoying Saturdays and Sundays more. Even though all I do is stay at home and relax and maybe do some chores. Today, we assembled the Ikea daybed for our guestroom and it took us 5 HOURS!! Almost everyone knows how big a challenge is sometimes when you are assembling their furniture. But I absolutely love it in our guest room and it gives us so much more space now!
The weather has also been pretty nice lately and the sun is getting out more than usual, which is always appreciated after months of cold and snow. You can actually just go out in a light sweater or a warm shirt. But knowing myself and how cold I always am, I like keeping a warm jacket with me all the time. And this teddy jacket is my newest obsession. I mean, first of all- Hello coziness!! This is honestly the second most cozy jacket I own, after this faux fur coat 😀
And the fit is just perfect. I was going back and forth on whether to get my size or get it oversized. But I am glad that I bought it in my size because I fell this looks a lot better that way. It has a nice big collar already- lot of fabric there, so I didn’t want a lot of it falling down as well.
Another one of my closet staples- these turtleneck tops with elbow sleeves. I swear these can take you from day to night, in no time! Pair them with pants or denim or a skirt, they go with everything! I have it in white (shown here), black (here) and multicolor. And these are also perfect for this transitional weather. Also linking a few of similar styles tops, because I know you are going to absolutely love these!!
