Summers are for Beaches- who’s with me?!
Weather has been absolutely perfect this past week and the weekend has been amazing! So, it would have been unfair for me to NOT go to the beach, right? So, I did exactly that 😀
We went to the Belmar beach in New Jersey, the one nearest to us and I like that beach because it is not that crowded either and a lot cleaner than a few other ones. It’s about one-and-a-half-hour drive from Philadelphia, which is always a PLUS! 🙂
Also, I had just gotten this ADORABLE green gingham one piece from target last week, so I really NEEDED to make a beach trip! HAHA 😀 Okay, let me first tell you, I was NOT in target for this, I just went there to get a phone case (where I got this case AND a pop socket, I’m intrigued with this thing! 😀 ), but you know, it is never like that. I somehow, stumbled upon their swimwear section there and saw this. It was love at first sight! I mean, how can you not love a gingham one piece with that bow in the middle, right?! I am also linking a few different gingham one pieces that you can buy, because these are JUST THE CUTEST! Eyeing this one in particular 😀
It was SUCH a RELIEF getting a break from the work and just playing in sand and water. I wish that was the life every day! Oh well, sigh!!
On to this one-piece- I got this in a size small and it fits me perfect! And I love this one since it is modest but also shows a bit of skin with the halter neck and scoop back, which I absolutely LOVE! I wore my Topshop mom shorts (last seen here) with these and loved the vintage vibe! 🙂
