Birthday Month! Woohooo!!!
Also, this weather is savage! It is only the second week of November and the weather is already predicting snow! Like, where are we?! I am still in my fall mood, wearing my sweatshirts and cozy sweaters and chic blazers (which is what I am styling today!) and I am not ready for it. NOT READY! Anyway, we are headed to Miami (whooo!) on the weekend, so that’s some relief, right.
I will also be doing a post on my birthday and what I have learnt in the last 30 years (SOB!). Technically, I think it’s maybe 26 or 27 since I don’t remember anything from when I was 3 or 4 years old, but let’s just call it what it is! If anyone wants to say I don’t look like 30, they are welcome to do so in the comments. I’ll really appreciate it 😀
Okay, changing gears here, but I know you guys must have seen it everywhere, but blazers are like “THE TREND” right now. Every color, every material, every pattern- they are almost everywhere and in almost everyone’s closet. I actually had one in black which was my absolute favorite but then I went to India and left it there. And the other ones I had are very, ummm, ladylike, LOL! I wear them to work or business events. But I wanted one that I could wear just about anywhere, and I wanted it cheap, LOL!
So, when I found this blazer at H&M under $50, I had to buy it, in all and any colors it was available in 😀 sadly, the only other color available was white, so I got it! Will be styling that soon too, so stay tuned!
I went for the casual chic outfit that you can either dress up or dress down, depending on your mood or how much pain your feet is in! Mine were okay, so I dressed it up. Paired it with this white striped top, that is also from H&M, under $20! H&M is killing it!! Went for my Nordstrom denim with knee-rips for giving them a casual vibe and topped it off with these valentine dupes from Sole Society, for under $60.
