Happy Saturday y’all!! So glad that this was a short work week- 3 days. BUT now we DO NOT have any long weekend until September!! Oh well, that just means I will be working from home a little bit more than usual 🙂
If you read my last post, you would know that we took a road trip to Niagara Falls and Alexandria Bay on 4th July.
Alexandria Bay or 1000 Islands is a small town but so peaceful and beautiful! People come here to relax, they get their boats, do boat parties, drink and dance and have fun. This was my 2nd time here and I absolutely love coming here! 😀
I wore this Ann Taylor midi dress which I absolutely loved and I am VERY sure that I am going to be wearing this SO SO MUCH! Also, this one is sold out and I was very bummed to know that because I was SO excited to tell y’all about it 🙁 BUT I am linking a few similar style dresses that I have been eyeing! I love the palm print and the colors that, even though being dark, look perfect for the summer. The material of this dress is very breathable and that combined with the halter back, makes it good for a day on a cruise or a picnic party!
And since we were on the waters and it was a little windy and cold, I THANKFULLY had my denim jacket (that I bought a few years back from H&M and has held up REALLY WELL!) that went perfectly with the dress. Also, I wore my **blogger favorite** wedges that were so easy to walk in without any pain even after you have walked in them for a WHOLE day! No wonder they are loved by so many people!
