How to Style a Boatneck Sweater

It is getting VERY chilly here in Philly and before I know it, I will be bundled up in sweaters and jackets and scarves. So, before all that happens, I wanted to share this fall outfit that I wore while we were in Boston in October.

Also, I was supposed to put this post up yesterday, but Mindhunter on Netflix has been keeping me very busy! I couldn’t stop watching it, episode after episode. Cannot wait for the 2^nd season which I hear won’t be until next year! 🙁

Okay, back to this outfit. This ribbed boat-neck sweater from Nordstrom is my go-to for those days when it’s nice in the morning but gets chilly in the evening. You can also wear it as one shoulder sweater if you’re feeling it, but I was not 🙂 Also, I topped it off with my signature neck scarf!

And this is the last you would be seeing of my Topshop shorts which I wore so much in summers. These have been such a staple in my summer wardrobe and now it’s time for them to go back in my closet.

I wore this outfit while visiting the Isabella Stewart Gardener Museum which is OH SO PRETTY! I loved seeing all those collections and the museum is built s beautifully with a wall full of books from her collection. But what I loved the most was the garden in the center of the museum. Everyone was taking pictures and I have people’s engagement pictures in that place and rightfully so!
